Shigeko, she has been teaching yoga in the Denver metro area since 2003.  With an open heart, she welcomes everyone and serves the world in her own unique way. Her passion for yoga is shared at her studio for private sessions, public studios for groups sessions and special events.  She’s extremely honored and grateful for the opportunity to touch many lives through yoga.

Marek has dedicated the last two decades to self-discovery through the study of martial arts and various mindfulness practices. He uses Tai Chi principles and practical exercises to achieve internal and external harmony.  He is a skillful guide to help one connect to their body via focused awareness techniques and thus accessing one's inner power.
