Studio Rental
Rent the Studio Space by the Hour for Classes, Workshops, Events, Seminars or rent the Office alone.
We are seeking great teachers and responsible sub-tenants to share our space, leading classes, workshops, events, seminars, day time office space and other opportunities. This space is intended for all modalities that share the vision of practicing oneness, interpersonal connection, healing, and mindfulness, in some form or another.
Does your group need a new place to practice?
Rental space for martial arts, mindfulness and meditation practices, or sound healing is available for individuals who currently teach classes in:
- Kung Fu, Kickboxing, Kali, Jeet Kuen Do, Silat, Systema, Savat, Capoeira, Wing Chun, Baguazhang, Qi Gong, Tai Chi, or similar arts.
- Yoga, Partner Yoga, Acro-Yoga, Contact Improv, Meditation, Movement, Performance Art, and Body Ball Massage, PiYo, Tabata, Pilates, Dance or similar
- Therapist, Life Coach, Nutritionist or similar
Do you need space for workshop?
Eclectic Ground, at 1500 W Littleton Blvd, suite 113, provides affordable studio rental space of about 656 sq ft and a 140 sq ft office space.
Studio Rental Amenities include:
- 656 sq ft studio (35.5' x 18.5') with big windows on the north side
- Cozy and internally sound proofed office (14' x 10') with a rear entrance & dedicated parking spot - small couch, desk, fridge & microwave
- Rubber studio flooring - 3/8' thick tiles
- 30 foot mirrored wall
- Motorized projecting screen (87' x 49')
- TV monitor, AV system and webcam for sound and webinars
- A massage bed with sheets
- Purified water
- One bathroom
- Built in storage space
Rental Rates
The studio is not available for rent during times when other classes are in session. Check the class calendar for updated information.
Studio space only
- $50 per hour weekdays (before 5pm)
- $60 per hour evenings (after 5pm) & weekends
- $120 for half day
- $180 for full day
- $350 per week
- $900 per month (4 work weeks)
- $1000 per month (including weekends)
Office space only
- $40 per hour
- $80 for half day (4 hours)
- $150 for full day (8-9 hours)
- $280 per week (5 work days)
- $700 per month (4 work weeks)
- $800 per month (including weekends)
Studio & Office space combined
- $70 per hour
- $160 for half day (4 hours)
- $260 for full day (8-9 hours)
- $500 per week (5 work days)
- $1600 per month (4 work weeks)
- $1800 per month (including weekends)
