Wing Chun


 Wing Chun is a close combat martial art promoted in west by Bruce Lee. This Kung Fu style was developed by a woman - focuses on efficiency and effectiveness of motion. 

We will explore both the external and the internal aspects of this exceptional  art.



 Kickboxing is a great cardio workout and is well known in the world of martial arts. 

We bring focus on developing a good technique through simple sets and routine drills in order to master the moves.

 Stretching is a form of physical and mental exercise, which results in a feeling of increased muscle control, flexibility, and range of motion.  

 Meditation can be defined as a practice where an individual uses a technique, such as focusing their mind on a particular object, thought or activity, to achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm state. 

Sound Therapy


The Tibetan singing bowls are tuned to musical notes that correspond to the different chakras of the body - restoring the balance of your energy. The vibrational effects of these bowls can go to places in your body that no hands could ever reach for a full body cellular massage. 

Drum Circle


The Drum Circle is intended to allow its participants to relax and let themselves follow the rhythm created by the group. The vibration of the sound allows one to connect within as well as to connect within the group. 

 Monthly drumming fun - take this hour and reconnect with the vibration of the universe.
