Tai Chi Chuan (TaiJiQuan) also known as meditation in motion is a great way to improve your balance, flexibility and meditating skills through body relaxation, internal tension release and mindful awareness shifting exercises, all while learning a martial art skill.
Wing Chun Kung Fu is a close combat martial art promoted in west by Bruce Lee. This Kung Fu style was developed by a woman - focuses on efficiency and effectiveness of motion.
We will explore both the external and the internal aspects of this exceptional art.
Kickboxing is a great cardio workout and is a well-known martial art.
We bring focus on developing good technique through simple sets and routine drills on bags and within partner drills, in order to master the intense movement with grace and great accuracy.

There are hundreds of different kinds of Qigong practices. Some focus more on the internal strength and others more on the external strength building.
